RUNWAY, a retail space perfectly positioned in Silicon Beach, was in the midst of a full remodel. We partnered with the architectural firm that was heading up the project to tell their new story and attract new clientele.

Creative Direction, 360 Art Direction, Story Development, Copywriting Direction and Supervision, Editorial Photography Production and Supervision, Branding + Layout and Design Direction and Supervision

We started with a new brand identity and then created a three-part editorial series called SPACE. SPACE would serve as an unconventional leasing book and free magazine that people would actually want to read, inspired by the community of Runway.
